By using Notification Harbor ("Harbor," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you're using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
You must be 18+ to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your API keys and credentials confidential. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law (anti-spam, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL).
You may not use Harbor to send: unsolicited commercial email, phishing, malware, content promoting violence or illegal activity, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property. We may suspend service immediately if we detect such use.
We process your contact data only to provide the service. We don't sell it, don't share it with third parties (except sub-processors listed in our DPA), and don't train our base models on it without opt-in. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance. Overages are billed monthly in arrears. You can cancel anytime — your account drops to Starter tier at the end of the current cycle. No refunds for partial months, but no cancellation fees either.
We target 99.98% uptime on Starter/Crew, 99.99% on Fleet (contractual SLA). Outages happen; if we miss SLA, we credit affected service days on request.
Our liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the trailing 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow this — if so, the cap is the maximum permitted by local law.
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days written notice. On termination, you can export your data within 30 days. After that we delete it (legal holds excepted).
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance via email and in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
