Pricing FAQ

Do you charge per contact?
No. You're billed on sends. Adding a contact to your list costs nothing. Some platforms still charge per stored contact even if you never email them; we think that's a tax on growth.
What counts as a "send"?
One outbound email to one recipient. A 5,000-person newsletter is 5,000 sends. A behavioral trigger that fires for 200 users is 200 sends. Retries on temporary bounces don't count as new sends.
Can I downgrade or cancel?
Anytime, from the dashboard. No call-to-cancel friction. If you downgrade mid-cycle we pro-rate the next bill.
Is there a setup fee for Fleet?
No. Fleet is annual contract, prepaid. Onboarding is included — typical deployment in your VPC takes 5-10 business days.
